What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:

- Communication history with support
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Note: Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify you personally.
How to Request Deletion
Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer:

Method 2: In-App Request
If available in the game:
- Open Sweet Match AI
- Go to Settings > Privacy
- Select "Delete My Data"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Method 3: Contact Form
Use our support contact form with "Data Deletion" as the subject.
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within:
- Standard Requests: 30 days as required by law
- Urgent Requests: 72 hours for special circumstances
- Confirmation: We will send confirmation once deletion is complete
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This may involve:
- Confirming your email address
- Verifying account ownership
- Requesting additional identification if necessary
Consequences of Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- You will lose access to your account permanently
- All game progress and achievements will be lost
- Any purchased virtual items will be forfeited
- You can create a new account in the future
