End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Sweet Match AI ("the Software") for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a mobile device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software for any commercial purpose
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use cheats, automation, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Exploit the Software for any unlawful purpose

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. We may require you to download and install updates to continue using the Software. Your continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Virtual Items and Currency

Any virtual items, currency, or other digital content purchased or earned within the Software are licensed to you subject to these terms. These virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency except where required by law.

6. User-Generated Content

By creating or sharing content within the Software, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Software.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

11. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
